Nick Herron
An avid boater and golfer, Nick
Herron has been a consistent top producer since he entered
the real estate field in 1990. Coming from a successful
corporate background, he last served as a regional vice
president for a division of Leggett Platt, bringing strong
management skills. He ranks among the top RE/MAX associates statewide, earning membership in the company’s
100% Club, Platinum Club and Hall of Fame. Raised in
Indianapolis, Indiana, he holds a B.S. in Business
with a major in Marketing from Indiana University in
Bloomington.
Kathleen Herron
Kathleen's vision and positive attitude are essential to the team. A native of
Aurora, Illinois, she was the owner of a successful printing company for 18
years in Yorkville, Illinois, where she still owns and manages an investment
strip mall. Her entrepreneurial and marketing skills, combined with her banking
background, are important assets in serving buyers and sellers of luxury real
estate. Kathleen provides customers with warm and friendly service as she shows
properties throughout Sarasota County. She is an active volunteer and
fundraiser for Girls Incorporated of Sarasota County.
Annette Smith
Marketing Coordinator Annette provides customer service, marketing and website
operations. A member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, she is proficient in local real estate market conditions, contracts,
negotiations, financing and property marketing. She updates clients on market
activity on all Herron Team websites, writes articles for two blogs, shows
properties and provides client updates on transactions. A native of Greenville,
Mississippi, Annette has owned two successful businesses in Charleston, West
Virginia. An avid sports fan, she participated in committees for the 1996 Olympic Games and the Atlanta Sports Council through the
charitable works of Charles M. Shaffer, Jr., partner, the King & Spalding law firm,
her employer.
